We survived our first wedding (my cousin Evi-Lynn). Ani napped in the car on the way to Santa Cruz (about an hour) and as soon as she saw the sand, she was ready to play! Luckily, she was willing to go back up to the room and get her wedding dress on to make it to the ceremony. It was nice and short and she did great. The reception was really neat with lots of personal touches everywhere. We had "snacks" when we first got there and Ani quickly found Jelly Beans on the table. They did a little bit of dancing before dinner which was good since we left right after eating dinner (about 8:45). We had planned on hanging out in Santa Cruz today, but it was pouring rain so we had a nice breakfast with my aunt, uncle and cousin at the hotel restaurant and then headed home. Even though it was early, she napped almost the entire way home. All of that dancing tired her out!
